Igor Serebryany is a Russian-Canadian journalist. Native of Moscow, he graduated Moscow State University's Depatment of Journalism and has since been working as a journalist, editor, media manager.
 
Igor lives in-between Moscow and Toronto and works primarily for the Canadian, British, Russian, US media.
